Welcome to NAHU’s Online Applications. These applications include NAHU award applications and voluntary leadership committee applications.
Step 1: To complete an application, you will need to first set up an account using an e-mail address and password. You are not required to use the same information that you use with your NAHU account. The profile you complete will ask for your membership number, it is not required to complete your profile. Once you have completed all the required fields in your profile, click on the red “Continue Application” button at the bottom of the page.
Step 2: A drop-down menu listing all the available applications will be displayed. Select the one you want and move on to Step 3 to complete the application.

The deadline for receipt of all completed submissions is Monday, April 7.
