Illana Maze is the chief information officer (CIO) at NABIP. She received her B.A. in Communications at West Virginia University. Illana has over 19 years association management experience and in her current role, she is responsible for overseeing the association’s technology, members services and events. Furthermore, she is the staff liaison to the Diversity, Equity & inclusion Committee and Vanguard Council. To stay on top of industry trends, Illana is a member of the American Society of Association Executives and NiUG International.
When Illana is not working on improving members’ experiences, she can be found on the trail with her dog or following various chefs.
