ARAM Health Management of America uses innovative approach to find solutions that are easy to implement and improve quality of care while saving on the overall health care costs by making the healthy healthier and by addressing gaps in the patient's healthcare. We believe that to really make a difference we have to care for the whole person whether healthy or not; as those who are healthy today may be a patient in the future and those who are patients often miss on health and wellness related issues.
That is why we offer both programs on the same platform.
Our founder has over 30 years of experience as a physician. We use a systemic approach to identify gaps in care for healthy and the sick;
gaps that cause suffering to the patient and cost money to the employer.
Based on information provided by the patient through our web based easy to use questionnaire, we inform the patient about specific gaps in his/her care based on National Guidelines. We then educate the patient about those gaps through our 'Report Cards'.
Our 'Action Cards' which are like a to-do list for the member and his/her provider, help fix those gaps in care over the next three to six months with the objective that by six months the employee will be getting optimal care that will reduce the suffering for the patient and expenses for the employer.
This is in addition to extensive user-friendly education material on hundreds of medical and quasi-medical topics in print, audio and video formats. Additionally we do customized emailing and mailing on topics of the employees interest.
Our program provides continuous ongoing education as we add new questions every week on topics of current interest e.g. flu vaccine in October every year.
We can customize our program to meet the employer needs like accident prevention. We can even run our program under the employer name for membership of over 5000. We can also provide priority based specific health coach access to members if the employer wishes so.
Our program is available in all states and all countries. This will make the care more uniform for employers with workers overseas.
Our program is available to individuals and to the groups.
