As health care costs soar, employers are looking for new ways to control their expenditures. The only way to control these costs is to improve the health of the people that utilize the health care system.
The basis of wellness programs is to provide people with the ability to reduce their risk for various expensive diseases, thus reducing their need for care. This reduction in care will contain employer's health care expenditures.

Dr. Boyce founded On-Site Health Care to help companies develop and implement health care solutions to reduce the burden of health care costs on both employers and employees. He has developed one of the first fully customizable on-line health risk assessment programs and has successfully implemented on-site providers such as nurse practitioners,
registered nurses, dietitians, chiropractors and physical therapists in many companies nationwide. Additionally, Dr. Boyce is a CE instructor on wellness programs for the Wisconsin Association of Health Underwriters, SHRM and the Wisconsin Council of Safety.
