Ilene Gershberg, ACSM, is an author, professional speaker and business consultant.
A former NBC executive that transformed from FAT to FIT, Ilene is now an athlete
and a national authority on health and fitness. Ilene is certified by The American
College of Sports Medicine and an affiliate of the Wellness Council of America.
A board member of The National Speakers Association in Central Florida, Ilene
inspires change through powerful keynote addresses, corporate seminars and
management retreats. Ilene wrote the recently released FIT and POWERFUL
Professionals series of four books, developed specifically as health and lifestyle
resources for working professionals and executive teams. Ilene's articles on
corporate wellness, food and fitness have been published in various industry
publications nationwide. She has been seen on NBC-Tampa training popular local
News Anchor, Gayle Guyardo, during her roof-top fitness segments. She has also
appeared as a guest on NBC's nationally syndicated Daytime Morning Show and has
been interviewed on several radio talk shows.
