NEW! CHANGE IN REGISTRATION DEADLINE POLICY: To keep the
conference registration deadlines consistent with other NAHU deadlines, mailed registrations must be received
by the registration deadline. Previously, registrations needed to be postmarked by the deadline.
Discounts
If you are an LPRT qualifier, remember to use your promotional code to receive the discounted
registration fee. If your chapter is registering you, notify your chapter that you are entitled
to the LPRT discount. You should have received a special discount code which will allow you to

contact your local travel agent. Please be sure to refer to Convention Fare Code X22V-951 when
making your reservation. This offer is not valid on the Auto Train and Acela Service. Fare
is valid on Amtrak Regional for all departures seven days a week. Offer valid with Sleepers,
Business Class or First Class seats with payment of the full applicable accommodation charges.
