New Open-Enrollment Opportunities for Certain Medicare Beneficiaries
Also contained in The Tax Relief and Health Care Act of 2006 is a provision to allow limited continuous open enrollment of original Medicare Fee-For-Service enrollees into Medicare Advantage, non-prescription drug plans.
