Marketplace Agent and Broker Toolkit—The Agent and Broker Roadmap to Resources

The Agent and Broker Roadmap to Resources serves as your quick guide to the resources the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, and our federal partners have developed to help agents, brokers, and consumers navigate the health insurance marketplace.

The Roadmap introduces important marketplace and other health coverage topics, provides links to helpful resources on those topics, and contains information that you “Need to Know” when helping consumers apply for and enroll in marketplace and other health coverage.

FFM Agent/Broker Training

All agents and brokers must complete the FFM registration process in order to assist consumers with enrollment through the FFM during the 2017 plan year, regardless of whether they were registered for the 2016 plan year. NAHU FFM Agent/Broker Training for Plan Year 2017

NAHU is the only broker association chosen to provide FFM agent/broker training approved by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).

NAHU's Learning Institute is a premier resource for brokers in need of continuing education (CE). Following CMS guidelines, NAHU's new CMS-certified FFM training provides online instruction with webinar modules, a final exam and continuing education credits issued state by state.
