NAHU Ethics Course
NAHU members hold the selling, service and administration of health insurance and related products and services as a professional and public trust and do all in their power to maintain its prestige. Today, more than ever, it is greatly important that they take extra measures to never do anything that would betray their clients' trust or confidence.Brokers have legal and ethical responsibilities when conducting business with their clients. To better ensure they are able to be proactive in their field of business, NAHU is inviting its members to participate in a newly revised, more robust, comprehensive and up-to-date ethics course that includes the most prominent issues currently facing our industry. There are a number of states that mandate training and focus on conduct of business, primarily on ethical issues that decision makers face in developing policies about employees, customers and the general public.
