PURPOSE: To establish a standardized communications network between NAHU and state/local associations

POLICY: The NAHU Electronic Special Announcement Program (ESAP) is established to communicate information on NAHU and its affiliates to state and local associations and within NAHU departments at least once each month and more often if required. This program will also serve as the official conduit for distribution of Board Minutes, Legislative Council Minutes and Association Financial Statements to each Chapter in the month following their approval or acceptance as required by NAHU Policies and Procedures.
