PURPOSE: To ensure the expenses of the Award recipient and one guest are paid by the Association.

 

POLICY: That the Award recipient and one immediate family member's transportation and two nights lodging are complementary to the recipient and guest.  The transportation shall be based on NAHU's travel policy; one deluxe room shall be provided the night prior to the Award event and one night after the Award event.

 

PROCEDURE(S): The Executive Vice President shall cause this policy to be implemented and notify the appropriate individuals.

 

FINANCIAL IMPACT: Financial implications of policy shall be part of the annual convention budget and shall be considered by the Association when determining the budget for the approval of the Board of Trustees.
