PURPOSE: To ensure the quality and constancy of the Award event.

PROCEDURE(S): That the Chair and the Executive Vice President shall review the structure and program in a timely manner prior to the Award event, and the Executive Vice President shall have operational supervision at the Award event.

FINANCIAL IMPACT: Financial implications of this policy shall be part of the annual convention budget and shall be considered by the Association when determining the budget for approval by the Board of Trustees.
